How to Become a Member

Men & Women over the age of eighteen may join. (Sixteen with parental approval.) Our member’s level of expertise ranges from beginner to hobbyist to master craftsman.

Ready to Join?  We offer a membership package to fit your needs:

Yearly Membership – This is a twelve month commitment that will be billed to a credit card on the first day of the month until the member either terminates the membership (after the 12th month) or places the membership on “Hold”. After the 12th month, we will continue to bill the member at the current Yearly Member rate.  Our 2016 Yearly Membership rate is $120/month.

3 or 6 Month Limited Period or Project Membership – These membership programs are designed for members that are either not sure if they want to make a 12 month commitment and want a “trial period” to see if the club advantages meets the expectations of the member.  Limited Period membership is available for either 3 or 6 month periods. Our 2016 6 month Membership rate is $140/month. Our 2016 3 month Membership rate is $160/month.

Block Time Membership – Members who would like to enjoy access to the workshop either to complement their personal shop resources or who have a work schedule that restricts their ability to utilize the workshop for extended periods, will find the Block Time plan an ideal solution. We offer a limited number of Block Time Memberships. A Block Time Member pays a $45 monthly fee, with a 12 month commitment, and $10 for each hour of shop use.

Safety Certification – Your ability to operate equipment safely is important to all of us. During our 6 hour Member Certification Course, we review the operation of each piece of equipment in our shop. After successful completion of the Course you will be ready for your new adventure in woodworking. We are offering the Member Certification Course on the following dates:

We have provided a certification pre test to help you and our staff focus on the correct operation of each machine. This simple pre test will determine areas that you may want to learn proper shop techniques and methods of operation that will enhance your skills as a woodworker.The fee for the Certification Course is $299.

Following the completion of your Certification Course we will begin billing for membership. Please have your membership option already decided.
