class policies

reschedule / cancellation

We will offer a full refund or reschedule if you notify us of your cancellation 72 hours prior to the start of your class. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted under 72 hours prior to the start of class.

age requirement

Aside from our youth classes and Scroll Saw 101 class, all classes are for adults aged 16 or older. Anyone under the age of 18 is required to have a parent/gaurdian on site for the full duration of the class.

dress code

To maintain safety when using machinery, please wear closed-toe shoes, tie long hair back and avoid wearing loose clothing.

tardiness

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late to class, you will not be admitted and we reserve the right to deny a refund and/or rescheduling.

inclement weather

Weather cancellations will mirror Montgomery County Goverment closures. Cancellations will be announced by 3pm on the day of the class.
