Make a 3D cutting board with the master himself. Alex Snodgrass. Using three different woods-maple, cherry, and walnut, Alex will show each student how to make a 3D end grain cutting board. The class will progress through the techniques required to make the cutting board including Bandsaw myths debunked, bandsaw mechanics, correct blade tension, making accurate cuts, making accurate angled cuts , gluing techniques, end grain planning and pattern alignment, food safe finishes and care and maintenance of cutting boards.
