Continue building on the fine woodworking skills you learned in Furniture 101.
Furniture 201 covers the holistic understanding of case-making which is the foundation of furniture making as a whole. In this class, you will learn how to make a cabinet from one board. This includes using the router table to cut sliding dovetails and cope and stick door construction as well as hand-cut mortises and traditional dovetailed drawer construction. This class is 6 days, on Saturdays and Sundays 10 am – 5 pm, every other week beginning Saturday, June 15, Sunday, June 16, Saturday, June 29, Sunday, June 30, Saturday, July 13 and Sunday, July 14.

Prerequisite: Furniture 101
