Learn what it takes to create a beautiful wooden bowl with a colored crystal inlay on the bowl rim from a 4 x 2 x2 turning block, using carbide-tipped tools. Topics not only cover basic lathe operation using carbide-tipped tools, but also include sectioning, face plate mounting, shaping, hollowing, inlay design, sanding and finishing .

All tools and materials provided.

Prerequisite
Must take Intro to the Lathe first.
